Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back the product you don’t want within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges.
Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.
We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it and approved it for a refund, we will arrange for the refund to be issued.
If you believe a product was shipped in error by BinlinersDirect, was damaged in transit or is defective please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the problem. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product we will replace free of charge, either immediately or if convenient by adding to your next order, replacement of the faulty goods, free of charge.
